So what EXACTLY is a Mastermind?

KWT Masterminds are very small groups of carefully selected people (no more than 5 to a group) who are absolutely committed to making their practice and/or side hustle a success.

I facilitate each small group and we meet four times each month - 3x as a group, and 1x in a 1-1 coaching call.

In addition to having a monthly 30 minute one-on-one coaching session with me, you'll join the rest of the group three times a month for a 60 minute video chat where we'll deep-dive into the businesses of the two members in the Hot Seat.

What is your Hot Seat experience?

You bring 1-2 things you are struggling to accomplish/needing ideas to move forward/wanting the group's opinion about and we focus on YOU.

Meetings are filled with amazing insights when YOUR business is in the Hot Seat, but they also provide incredible value when you aren't.

How do I get access to the Mastermind group?

A: You will get a Google Drive document with the Zoom link to join every meeting. This document will also have our documents and the links to video replays of our Mastermind meetings.

If you are a Facebooker, you will have access to a closed Facebook group created for your mastermind group that will house all of the documents and video replays from our meeting too.

How long do the Mastermind groups meet?

A: Meetings start promptly and end on the hour. I know most folks are fitting the time in between sessions or on a break and I am very respectful of your time.

How accessible is Kate for answering questions?

A: I facilitate all of the group calls as well as do the one on one coaching. I am also consistently in the Facebook group and if I am tagged I will answer within 24 hours. Email works too but it is slower.

How long do I have access to the mastermind group?

A: The Facebook group will remain open and active after the mastermind is complete and it is up to the members to continue the engagement. You have access to the replays if you download them to your computer and of course any documents you download are yours forever.

What if I can't make it to a live session?

A: I work to make sure that the meetings are at a convenient time for everyone, but if you cannot make it then you'll have access to the recording and will be expected to give your insight before the next meeting.

How long are the one-on-one Zoom calls with Kate?

A: The one-on-one Zooms are 30 minutes.

What if I can't pay for it all at once?

A: Payment plans are available.

How many months do we meet and am I committed to attend until the very end?

A: Your Mastermind Group will meet 12 times over four months. We understand life happens, but because of the nature of the group dynamic we need your commitment for the full four months.

Kate Walker Ph.D., LPC/LMFT Supervisor

Kate is a counseling professor, continuing education provider, and clinic owner who "retired" when her career as a course creator and supervisor trainer far exceeded her salary. Through her book "My Next Steps: Create a Counseling Career You'll Love," the Texas Counselors Creating Badass Businesses Podcast, and her advocacy work with Texas Counseling Association, she became a nationally sought after speaker, presenter, and counselor educator.

She is a practice strategist who helps counselors better understand their messaging and unique position in their communities and in the online space.
